Neuhaus launches an Irrésistibles Advent Calendar, a festive ode to its iconic praline
This Christmas, Neuhaus presents no fewer than four Advent Calendars, its most complete collection to date. The inventor of the Belgian praline puts one of its icons in the spotlight with a new Irrésistibles Advent Calendar: for the first time, the signature triangular praline gets an Advent Calendar entirely of its own, designed as a festive Christmas tree. And for the first time, chocolate lovers can personalise their Advent Calendar with their favourite Neuhaus chocolates.
Instantly recognisable by its distinctive triangular shape, the Irrésistible is one of Neuhaus’ most known creations. A delicate folded nougatine biscuit filled with a smooth, creamy centre and enrobed in Belgian chocolate, it combines crispness and creaminess in a praline unlike any other.
For Christmas 2026, Neuhaus dedicates an entire Advent Calendar to the Irrésistible for the first time. Presented in an elegant gift box finished with a satin ribbon, the Irrésistibles Advent Calendar unfolds into a striking Christmas tree. Each day, a decorative gift box reveals an individually wrapped Irrésistible to place among the branches. Day by day, the tree comes to life, until the star crowns the creation on Christmas Day.
More than an Advent Calendar, the new creation brings together two Christmas traditions: the daily chocolate countdown and decorating the Christmas tree. The result is a festive centrepiece that evolves throughout December, bringing a moment of chocolate discovery to each day.
Introducing two new Irrésistibles
The calendar contains 25 Irrésistibles in 11 different flavours, including two new limited edition creations for the festive season. The Sublime with Pistachio combines a crisp folded nougatine shell and smooth pistachio filling with white chocolate, while the Épice with Speculoos pairs milk chocolate with crisp nougatine and a creamy butter filling blended with authentic Dandoy speculoos.
And the story of these two newcomers may not end at Christmas. Both will be available individually during the festive season, while Neuhaus is keeping open whether they might earn a permanent place in the Irrésistibles assortment afterwards.
Four Advent Calendars, four festive experiences
The new Advent Calendar Book – The Origin of Chocolate invites young and old on a beautifully illustrated journey from cocoa bean to Belgian praline. Designed as a storybook, it follows the cocoa beans from sun-drenched plantations to Belgium and into the hands of the Neuhaus Maîtres Chocolatiers. Behind its windows await 25 Neuhaus pralines, including the exclusive Cinnamon Roll star from this season’s Limited Edition Souvenirs collection, combining white chocolate with creamy hazelnut praliné, crunchy cinnamon biscuit pieces and a delicate sugar glaze. A chocolate story to read, share and savour together.
The Sharing Advent Calendar turns the countdown into a moment for two. Open the calendar and step inside the Neuhaus Magic Chocolate Factory, an illustrated festive world filled with busy chocolatiers, enchanting workshops and Christmas details. Behind every door awaits enough Belgian chocolate for two, with 74 pralines and chocolate treats ranging from iconic Neuhaus creations to chocolate bars, snacking treats and indulgent hot chocolate bars.
For lovers of tradition, the Classic Advent Calendar returns in a brand-new festive design. Behind its 25 windows awaits a selection of Neuhaus pralines in milk, white and dark chocolate, alongside charming winter figurines filled with creamy hazelnut praliné.
New: Fill Your Own Advent Calendar
Neuhaus takes the Advent tradition one step further this year by introducing the possibility to personalise the Classic Advent Calendar for the first time. Chocolate lovers can fill it with a selection of their favourite Neuhaus pralines and seasonal filled figurines, creating a countdown tailored to their own taste or composed especially for someone else.
