Neuhaus celebrates the season of gifting with its Holiday Collection

Wrapping up the year with the best of Belgian chocolate

Neuhaus, the inventor of the Belgian praline, presents its Holiday Collection for 2026. Under the theme Wrapping Up the Year, the collection brings the festive season to life through warm colours and richly layered patterns. In addition, the new Limited Edition Souvenirs translate the flavours of a Christmas market such as cinnamon roll into star-shaped chocolates. Finally, the collection introduces the new Gourmand Bears, a refined interpretation of the beloved tradition of hollow chocolate figures and an elegant festive gift to be enjoyed across generations.

Created for every festive gesture, the collection offers gifts ranging from small ornaments and crackers to the Holiday Ballotin, Christmas Tree and Christmas Star boxes and generous sharing boxes. Inspired by Art Deco, the geometric patterns reinterpret the distinctive shapes of Neuhaus pralines. Rich seasonal colours and shimmering accents bring depth and warmth to the designs, creating a recognisable visual signature across the collection.

Limited Edition Souvenirs: festive flavours with a purpose

The Limited Edition Souvenirs captures the atmosphere of a Christmas market in three new star-shaped pralines. Each creation translates a familiar seasonal treat into contrasting flavours and textures.

Roasted Chestnuts combines dark chocolate with smooth gianduja, the rich flavour of roasted chestnuts and crunchy walnut pieces. Caramelised Apple pairs milk chocolate with creamy hazelnut praliné and the fruity sweetness of caramelised apple, while Cinnamon Roll combines white chocolate with creamy hazelnut praliné, crunchy cinnamon biscuit pieces and a delicate layer of sugar glaze.

The collection contains 15 pralines and is presented in the signature book-shaped gift box, reimagined in an elegant copper hue inspired by the warm glow of Christmas market lights. Designed to be shared and treasured, the box turns the assortment into a refined end-of-year gift.

Through the long-standing partnership between Neuhaus and the Make-A-Wish Foundation, every box also contributes to helping children facing critical illnesses experience moments of joy and wonder with their families. In this way, the Limited Edition Souvenirs bring together seasonal flavours, Belgian chocolate craftsmanship and meaningful gifting

A chocolate tradition reimagined

Building on the beloved tradition of hollow chocolate figures, Neuhaus introduces the Gourmand Bears this Christmas. Made from Belgian chocolate and enriched with crunchy inclusions, they are presented in an elegant holiday gift box. The Milk Chocolate Gourmand Bear is enriched with toasted corn pieces, while the Dark Chocolate Gourmand Bear combines dark chocolate with crunchy salted caramel pieces for a sweet-and-salty contrast.

The Neuhaus Holiday Collection and Limited Edition Souvenirs are available in Neuhaus boutiques and online.

Visuals are available in the Neuhaus Newsroom: Les Souvenirs 2026 and Holidays 2026.

About NEUHAUS

From its origins as a pharmacist to its present calling as a chocolatier, Neuhaus has always put caring for others and ensuring their wellbeing first. The family opened its first Neuhaus boutique in 1857 in the famous Galerie de la Reine in Brussels. To the delight of his customers, Jean Neuhaus cased his medicines in a thin layer of chocolate. In 1912, his grandson went one step further transforming this concept into the Belgian praline as we know it today, replacing the medicine in the chocolate casing with a delicious filling.

Neuhaus, the inventor of the Belgian praline, continues to pursue its goal of demonstrating its leadership qualities in the chocolate market by encouraging innovation and creating exciting new products with only natural ingredients.

Neuhaus and Belgium have been inextricably linked for more than 160 years - ever since our founder Jean Neuhaus opened his first boutique in the Galerie de la Reine in Brussels. Our pralines and truffles have always been crafted with consideration and respect in Belgium and we are firmly committed to upholding this tradition.
