Fresh spring flavours

The Easter Berries collection is an uplifting assortment of five premium chocolates that capture the complex flavours and vibrant colours of fresh berries. The smooth chocolate outer layer directly contrasts the textures of the juicy berries and innovative praliné, ganache, and gianduja fillings, while the delicate berry flavours emphasise and compliment the sweetness of the chocolate. The ultimate way to welcome spring this year.

The Limited Edition unfolds

Chocolate lovers will be won over by the Limited Edition Berries collection of five eye-catching and colourful egg-shaped chocolates – the perfect blend of premium Belgian chocolate and contrasting berry flavours.

Blueberry: A milk chocolate egg filled with a delicious blueberry ganache on one side, and a milk chocolate gianduja made with cacao nibs and chia seeds on the other. The blueberries add that all-important hint of acidity to the ganache. Exquisitely embellished with an intense blue chocolate layer.

Cranberry: A dark chocolate egg filled with a cranberry ganache on one side, and a gianduja made with Brazil nuts and crunchy feuilletine on the other. The sharp flavour from the cranberries blends perfectly with the sweetness of the ganache. Expertly finished with a rich, bordeaux red chocolate layer.

Blackberry: A dark chocolate egg filled with a blackberry ganache on one side, and a Madagascar dark chocolate ganache with cacao nibs on the other. Beautifully encased in a smooth, deep blue chocolate layer.

Redcurrant: A white chocolate egg filled with a redcurrant ganache on one side, complimented by a butter biscuit and brésilienne nut crunch on the other. Redcurrants are known for their distinct flavour and Neuhaus’ Maîtres Chocolatiers have expertly balanced the zest of this berry with the sweetness of the crisp biscuit encased in the praliné 'à l'ancienne'. Finished with a wonderfully vibrant red chocolate layer.

Sea Buckthorn: A milk chocolate egg filled with a sea buckthorn ganache on one side, and a paprika-infused praliné on the other. Enjoy every taste sensation that this egg delivers: sour to sharp, and fruity to slightly sweet. Coated with a zesty orange chocolate layer.

Insider tip: The Sea Buckthorn egg is a personal favourite of the Maîtres Chocolatiers at Neuhaus!

The best of the berries

The unique properties of blueberries have been leveraged in medicinal use for centuries. They are rich in antioxidants and help strengthen your immune system and fight inflammation.

The Limited Edition Berries collection harks back to Neuhaus’ roots. Jean Neuhaus began his career as a pharmacist in 1857 in the renowned Queen’s Gallery. Jean cared so much for his customers’ wellbeing that he coated his medicines in a layer of the finest chocolate.

The Gift of Caring

The same level of care for customer wellbeing remains part of the Neuhaus DNA even today.

Ever since Jean Neuhaus Junior invented the Belgian praline in 1912, the company has passionately believed that its chocolate’s unique properties contribute to people’s wellbeing and contentment, helping them to live in the moment and enjoy every single day.

About NEUHAUS

From its origins as a pharmacist to its present calling as a chocolatier, Neuhaus has always put caring for others and ensuring their wellbeing first. The family opened its first Neuhaus boutique in 1857 in the famous Galerie de la Reine in Brussels. To the delight of his customers, Jean Neuhaus cased his medicines in a thin layer of chocolate. In 1912, his grandson went one step further transforming this concept into the Belgian praline as we know it today, replacing the medicine in the chocolate casing with a delicious filling.

Neuhaus, the inventor of the Belgian praline, continues to pursue its goal of demonstrating its leadership qualities in the chocolate market by encouraging innovation and creating exciting new products with only natural ingredients.

Neuhaus and Belgium have been inextricably linked for more than 160 years - ever since our founder Jean Neuhaus opened his first boutique in the Galerie de la Reine in Brussels. Our pralines and truffles have always been crafted with consideration and respect in Belgium and we are firmly committed to upholding this tradition.
