Neuhaus unveils an exclusive end-of-year collection with purpose

Reaching for the stars with nostalgic flavours that warm the season

This autumn, Neuhaus invites chocolate lovers to embrace the cosy spirit of the season with the launch of its Limited Edition Souvenirs collection. Inspired by childhood traditions and crafted with Belgian expertise, these festive chocolates combine indulgence and nostalgia while also supporting Neuhaus’ long-standing partnership with the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Created by the Neuhaus Maîtres Chocolatiers, the Limited Edition Souvenirs are a testament to Belgian savoir-faire, where heritage, creativity and fine ingredients come together to celebrate the holidays with refinement and generosity. The collection is designed to awaken warm memories of autumn and winter traditions.

Star-shaped moments to treasure

Each of the three exclusive pralines is shaped like a star and crafted to evoke a beloved seasonal ritual:

  • Maple Syrup: a dark chocolate star with maple syrup ganache and praliné with crispy butter biscuits, recalling cosy family breakfasts.
  • Popcorn: a milk chocolate star with crunchy popcorn and salted caramel, reminiscent of sharing laughter during a holiday film night.
  • Gingerbread: a white chocolate star with almond praliné and spicy gingerbread, inspired by the joy of baking on a winter afternoon.

Together, these creations form a collection that sparks both sweet nostalgia and new memories.

“Like the chapters of a story, every chocolate star offers a taste of tradition and imagination”

A gift of warmth and meaning

Presented in a deep red, book-shaped gift box adorned with copper details and a satin ribbon, the Limited Edition Souvenirs make the perfect festive gift. It’s a keepsake that embodies the warmth of the season and is meant to be shared with loved ones like family, friends and employees. Beyond indulgence, every box also contributes directly to Neuhaus’ support for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, helping children with life-threatening conditions realise their dreams and experience unforgettable moments with their families.

About NEUHAUS

From its origins as a pharmacist to its present calling as a chocolatier, Neuhaus has always put caring for others and ensuring their wellbeing first. The family opened its first Neuhaus boutique in 1857 in the famous Galerie de la Reine in Brussels. To the delight of his customers, Jean Neuhaus cased his medicines in a thin layer of chocolate. In 1912, his grandson went one step further transforming this concept into the Belgian praline as we know it today, replacing the medicine in the chocolate casing with a delicious filling.

Neuhaus, the inventor of the Belgian praline, continues to pursue its goal of demonstrating its leadership qualities in the chocolate market by encouraging innovation and creating exciting new products with only natural ingredients.

Neuhaus and Belgium have been inextricably linked for more than 160 years - ever since our founder Jean Neuhaus opened his first boutique in the Galerie de la Reine in Brussels. Our pralines and truffles have always been crafted with consideration and respect in Belgium and we are firmly committed to upholding this tradition.
